FAMS GROUP is very excited to welcome our new Malawi Country Manager, Joseph Chavula, to the FAMS team! Joseph brings a wealth of experience from over 25 years in management in Malawi , including considerable time spent at two of the countries’ largest logistics companies.
Effective July 1st 2021, FAMS has been appointed as DSV agent for Malawi and is ramping up its operations in that country, with offices in Lilongwe and Blantyre and representation at all major border posts.
FAMS has already hit the ground running with shipments arriving from Day One of operations in the country. With the FAMS reputation for service excellence and DSV’s huge global network, FAMS is set to become a major new player in the Malawi logistics sector!
With offices across Southern Africa in Angola, Mauritius, Zimbabwe, Malawi and the Indian Ocean Islands, FAMS in-house services include air, ocean, road and rail freight forwarding complemented by customs brokerage, warehousing, project logistics & solution designs and express courier services.
